Terms of Service
The terms that govern our work together.
These Terms of Service govern your use of michaellamb.agency and any services provided by Michael Lamb Agency, a brand of Lamb Theatricals LLC, based in Manchester, Connecticut. By using our site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
Services
Michael Lamb Agency provides digital marketing, website design and development, AI workflow automation, social media management, and related services. All projects are custom scoped and quoted individually. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided before work begins.
Payment Terms
Our standard deposit structure for website and design projects is:
- 30% due upon project commencement
- 40% due upon wireframe or design approval
- 30% due upon project launch
Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each month. Payments are processed via Stripe or another agreed-upon method. Work will not begin until the initial deposit is received.
Revisions
All website projects include two rounds of revisions as part of the project scope. Additional revisions beyond those included are billed at $125 per hour. Structural changes — new pages, redesigns, or new feature integrations — are quoted separately as project work.
Monthly Care Plans
Monthly care plans are provided on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Care plans cover hosting and the specific update allotment defined in your plan. Additional work beyond the included time is billed at $125 per hour. Structural changes are always quoted as separate project work.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for their project. Michael Lamb Agency retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party assets — fonts, stock photos, plugins, or software — are subject to their respective licenses and are not transferred as part of the project.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate content, images, and information in a timely manner
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines
- Ensuring they have the rights to any content or materials they provide
- Maintaining their own domain registration and any third-party platform accounts
Delays caused by the client's failure to provide materials or approvals may result in timeline adjustments or additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
Michael Lamb Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We make no guarantees regarding specific business results, search engine rankings, or revenue outcomes from our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to the date of termination. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hartford County, Connecticut.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
