It depends on the project scope. A Creative Portfolio one-page site typically takes 3-5 business days once we have your content. An Essential 3-5 page site takes 1-2 weeks. A Growth project with full branding, automation, and multiple pages typically runs 3-4 weeks.

The biggest factor is how quickly you can provide content, photos, and approvals. The faster you respond, the faster we build.

Absolutely. We're based in Manchester, CT but we work with businesses across the country. Every project is managed remotely — discovery calls on Zoom, files shared digitally, sites delivered and launched online. Location has never been a barrier.

At minimum: a clear idea of what you want your site to do, any existing logos or brand assets you have, and photos of your business or team. We'll guide you through the rest during the discovery call.

If you don't have professional photos we can work with what you have or recommend affordable options. If you don't have a logo we can discuss options. We've started from scratch many times.

Our sites are custom-coded HTML — which means they're fast, clean, and built exactly to your specifications. They're not drag-and-drop builders, so you won't log into a dashboard and move things around yourself.

The upside: you never have to. That's what our care plans are for. You email us what you need changed, and we handle it — usually within 48 hours. No tech headaches, no accidentally breaking something, no learning curve. You run your business. We handle your website.

Every project includes two rounds of revisions before launch. After launch, changes are handled through your care plan or billed at $125 per hour for clients without a plan.

If you anticipate frequent updates — new services, seasonal promotions, staff changes — we'll discuss that during the discovery call and make sure your care plan covers it. Larger structural changes like new pages or redesigns are always quoted as a separate project.

Very fast. Custom-coded HTML sites load significantly faster than WordPress or page-builder sites because there's no bloated plugin infrastructure slowing things down. We also host on Amazon Cloud infrastructure which is fast and reliable by default.

Yes — every site we build is fully mobile responsive. We test on multiple screen sizes before launch. Most of your visitors are on their phones, so mobile performance is never an afterthought.

We use a three-part payment structure: 30% upfront to begin the project, 40% at wireframe or design approval, and 30% at launch. This keeps things fair for both sides — you're not paying everything upfront, and we're not doing all the work before seeing any payment.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Work begins once the initial deposit is received.

The three-part deposit structure is our standard payment plan. For larger projects we're open to discussing extended timelines on a case by case basis. Bring it up during the discovery call and we'll work something out that makes sense for both of us.

Every project is scoped individually based on what you actually need. "Starting from" means that's the floor for that tier — a simple, straightforward project in that category. Additional pages, custom features, automation, integrations, or more complex design work will affect the final price.

You'll always receive a clear, itemized quote before any work begins. No surprises.

Basic ($25/mo) — hosting only. Your site stays live and fast. Updates are quoted separately at $125/hour.

Standard ($75/mo) — hosting plus 30 minutes of updates per month. Good for small businesses with occasional changes.

Premium ($149/mo) — hosting plus 2 hours of updates per month with 48-hour priority turnaround. Best for businesses that update content regularly.

Unused update time does not roll over. Structural changes — new pages, redesigns, new features — are always quoted as separate project work regardless of plan.

Yes — care plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. No penalties, no complications.

If you cancel hosting, your site will need to be moved to another host or it will go offline. We'll give you everything you need to make that transition smoothly.

Standard turnaround is 1-2 business days for routine updates — text changes, photo swaps, contact info, hours, etc. Premium plan clients receive priority 48-hour turnaround.

For urgent requests outside normal scope, we do our best to accommodate. Just reach out directly and we'll work something out.

Every site we build includes basic on-page SEO — proper page titles, meta descriptions, clean URL structure, fast load times, and mobile optimization. These are the foundational elements that give you the best chance of ranking.

Ongoing SEO strategy, content marketing, and link building are available as part of a retainer engagement. Ask about this during your discovery call.

Yes — social media management is available as a monthly retainer starting at $595/month plus a one-time $495 setup fee. This includes content creation, scheduling, and consistent posting across your chosen platforms.
